唐建新 教授 博士生导师

2002年获浙江大学学士学位;2006年获香港城市大学博士学位;2005-2006年任日本千叶大学上野实验室访问学者;2006-2007年任香港城市大学超金刚石与先进薄膜研究中心高级研究助理;2007-2008年任日本三菱电机株式会社功率元器件制造所功率元器件芯片设计工程师;2008年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授,博士生导师。现任苏州大学2011计划办公室副主任。在Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., ACS Nano, Sci. Rep., Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊发表SCI论文120余篇,申请专利10余项,撰写英文专著1部(章)。多次在国际会议做邀请报告,担任多个国际权威期刊和基金会审稿人。主持和参与973计划、国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然基金重点项目等国家级/省部级项目多项。作为首席科学家承担科技部青年"973计划"项目,获得国家基金委“优秀青年科学基金”资助,入选科技部创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才、江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人 。

 
Jian-Xin Tang received his B.Sc. degree in physics from Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, P. R. China) in 2002, and Ph.D. degree in Physics and Materials Science from City University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong SAR) in 2006. He took a postdoctoral research associate position at the Center Of Super-Diamond and Advanced Films (COSDAF) of City University of Hong Kong in 2006, and joined the Power Work of Mitsubishi Electric Cop. (Fukuoka, Japan) in 2007 as a power chip R&D engineer to work on insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) and free wheeling diode (FWD). In 2008, he was appointed professor at the Institute of Nano Functional & Soft Materials (FUNSOM), Soochow University (Suzhou, P. R. China). His research areas/interests span device physics and surface science on organic light-emitting diodes and photovoltaic cells, including localized electronic state and charge barrier formation at organic interfaces, and novel device architectures to improve device performance with interface modification for carrier transport and light manipulation.

李艳青 教授 博士生导师

2001年毕业于浙江大学物理系获理学学士学位,2003年获香港城市大学哲学硕士学位,2008获香港城市大学哲学博士学位。先后在新加坡材料研究及工程研究所(IMRE)、日本九州大学先导物质化学研究所、香港城市大学超金刚石与先进薄膜研究中心(COSDAF)从事研究。2008年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院及纳米科技学院,被聘为教授,博士生导师。已在Adv.Mater.,Nano lett., Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Nano, Appl. Phys. Lett., Macromolecules等知名学术杂志发表SCI论文60多篇,他引次数超过1000次,H-index为17,有三篇论文(分别发表在Adv.Mater., Nano Lett., Chem. Mater.)他引次数超过100次,其中两篇论文分别被Appl. Phys. Lett.,J. Mater. Chem. C以封面形式刊载,已申请专利10余项。担任Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Eng. Mater., Appl. Phys.Lett., Chem. Phys.Lett., J. Chem. Phys., J. Phys. Chem.等期刊的审稿人。主持和参与承担973项目、国家自然基金委重点项目、重大研究计划重点支持项目和青年基金项目、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省创新团队等项目。

 
Yan-Qing Li received her B.Sc. degree in physics from Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, P. R. China) in 2001, and then MPhil & Ph.D. degrees in Physics and Materials Science from City University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong SAR) in 2003 and 2008. She took a research officer position at the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (Singapore), and a postdoctoral research position at the Institute for Materials Chemistry and Engineering of Kyushu University (Japan) and at the Center Of Super-Diamond and Advanced Films (COSDAF) of City University of Hong Kong. In 2008, she was appointed professor at the Institute of Nano Functional & Soft Materials (FUNSOM), Soochow University (Suzhou, P. R. China). Her research areas/interests span the controlled growth and characterization of nanostructured semiconductors and their application in photonic devices, including light-emitting diodes and photovoltaic cells.

张丹丹 副教授 硕士生导师

2006年获得吉林大学学士学位,2008年获得吉林大学硕士学位并保送本校博士研究生,2011年获得吉林大学理学博士学位。2011年8月加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,应聘为讲师。一直从事于有机光电器件的制备和性能的改善等方面的工作,包括有机电致发光器件,有机光伏电池等相关的领域。另外对有机自旋光电子学有着一定的研究基础并取得了较好的成果。现已在Applied Physics Letters,Organic Electronics,Journal of Physical Chemistry C,Journal of material chemistry C, IEEE等相关杂志上发表学术论文10余篇,多次参加本领域的国内外学术会议交流,目前承担国家自然科学基金青年基金一项。

Dan-Dan Zhang received her B.Sc. degree in electronic science and technology in 2006, M.S degree in physical electronics in 2008 and Ph.D degree in micro-electronics and solid-state electronics in 2011, respectively, from Jilin University, Changchun, China. In 2011, she was appointed lecturer at the Institute of Nano Functional & Soft Materials (FUNSOM), Soochow University (Suzhou, P. R. China). Her research interests have been focused on organic light-emitting diodes, photovoltaic cells, and the organicspintronics.She has published over 10 scientific papers in the above fields, and is in charge of one project (National Natural Science Foundation of China).
